OJSC Far East Telecom has established committees under the Board of Directors
Board of Directors of the company has elected the heads and the composition of the committees
Vladivostok, July 27, 2010: Yesterday, July 26, 2010 a meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC Far East Telecom was conducted. A decision to establish four committees: strategic planning committee, corporate management committee, human resources and remuneration committee and auditing committee under the Board of Directors of the company was taken at the meeting.
The Board of Directors has as well approved the composition of the committees and elected the heads of the committees.
Elena Umnova, deputy Director General of OJSC “Svyazinvest” was elected the Head of the Strategic planning committee.
